CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE WOOD YOU USE?
We are proud to offer locally sourced wood such as reclaimed and old growth Pine. With our reclaimed Pine, character of slight imperfections are expected. These imperfections are not viewed as defects but, are embraced. For more information please see our Terms & Condition page.
And we are excited to now offer hardwoods, such as Maple and Oak. Many of our hardwoods are locally sourced from the Native Appalachian Forest located right here in Pennsylvania.
HOW IS YOUR FURNITURE CONSTRUCTED?
Each piece of our furniture is custom built by hand, one at a time. Our local craftsmen use traditional bench methods from start to finish, which ensures you will have a quality piece of furniture, with a human touch that will last for many years to come. In addition, each of our tables are built with a standard 2” thick top, unless other thickness is requested, which adds to its overall quality and high end appearance.
HOW DO YOU FINISH YOUR FURNITURE?
We are proud to offer custom finishes that are eco-friendly, non-toxic with low or no VOC’S. All of our finishes are applied by hand which leave your custom piece of furniture with a beautiful and durable matte sheen. We use a variety of techniques in finishing our furniture and many of our finishes are a multistep process which creates a unique one of a kind piece just for you. Our finishes are also used in the flooring industry which attributes to our confidence in its durability.
In addition, to our Eco-Friendly stains we are excited to now offer traditional satin finishes with a beautiful selection of colors.

We love when we receive custom orders! In fact, 95% of our business is through custom orders. Inquire about custom orders here.
WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
Each piece of our furniture is hand crafted for you personally. We strive to maintain an average lead time of approximately 10-12 weeks. However, there will be times where this may be shorter or longer. Please inquire at the time of ordering to obtain a current lead time.
WILL MY PIECE LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO?
The finishes shown in our photos and our sample boards may not match the true finishes exactly. Due to lighting when photographed, the hand finishing process and/or the natural characteristics of the wood, there may be slight variations in color from one piece of furniture to the next. Exposure to light and the natural aging process may also effect the coloring of your piece. Due to these factors, we cannot guarantee exact matches from item to item.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PIECE OF FURNITURE?
For daily care, dust with a dry soft cloth. If spills occur, wipe in a timely manner using a soft cloth dampened with water only. Do NOT use cleansers or abrasives of any kind for it may damage the finish. Please use coasters, trivets or placemats when necessary to protect the finish and to keep your piece looking beautiful for years to come.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, the deposit is 50% when your order is placed and the balance is due when your custom piece is finished and ready for delivery/pickup.

Due to the fact that each order is custom, we prefer to confirm all order details via phone.

We deliver to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC and Parts of New York and Virginia. Please inquire to see if you are in our delivery zone here.
